Information For Rappellers - RECEIPTS FOR DONORS

Here is how to handle receipts for your donors:

If you receive donations in check or cash form: Please collect donors information. (First, and Last name, address, city state and zip)

Those who make check or cash donations above will receive a receipt either electronically or in the mail from the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & South Texas.

• All online credit card donations will automatically generate an electronic receipt.
• You may also let donors know that Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & South Texas tax ID number is on our website: www.cstx.wish.org

Donations by check should be mailed to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & South Texas (address below) and must include the following in the memo line: OTE- Participant’s name. Please instruct your donors to include an email address so we can send them an electronic receipt if at all possible. Be sure that checks are in the Make-A-Wish of Central & South Texas office by May 2nd,2012.
